Defendant Home Owners Mutual Insurance Company (hereafter Home Owners) appeals as of right from the lower court's September 11, 1984, order denying its motion to set aside a directed verdict. The lower court had granted a directed verdict in favor of defendant United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company (hereafter Fidelity) on Home Owner's cross-complaint.
