This is essentially a malpractice case against the United States of America brought under the Tort Claims Act by Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Davis for alleged negligence on the part of certain staff doctors at the Little Rock Veterans' Medical Center on October 14 and 15, 1982. Mr. Davis, who was 56 years old at the time, is a retired Air Force non-commissioned officer and a practicing Jehovah's Witness...
