Richard Robinson (hereafter plaintiff) appeals from an order of the Wayne Circuit Court entered on June 26, 1985, which dismissed his claim for loss of consortium, which sounded in negligence against defendant Wagner and for violation of the dramshop act by defendants Leonard Herman and Nathan Harris, doing business as Novi Lanes.
