Michigan Bell Telephone Company appeals as of right from an order of summary judgment in favor of defendant, Peggy Short, dismissing Michigan Bell's complaint to enforce a lien in the amount of $25,042.43 paid out in workers' compensation benefits on behalf of Peggy Short. We affirm.
