These consolidated appeals have two facets. First, we have for consideration a test on the issue of ineffectiveness of counsel while on appeal. Secondly, we review a challenge to separate orders of the Superior Court dealing with the issue of ineffectiveness of trial counsel and denying collateral relief from prior judgments of conviction.
