This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendant-appellee Anozira Development, Inc. (Anozira) denying plaintiff-appellant Squaw Peak Community Covenant Church of Phoenix (Church) injunctive relief to prevent the construction of curbs across a portion of the Church's easement. Because we determine that the trial judge abused his discretion in denying injunctive relief, we reverse and remand for entry of a permanent injunction...
