Respondent Howard Elmer Anderson was charged with one count of intrafamilial sexual abuse in the second degree, in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.3642, subd. 1(1) (1984), and one count of criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree, in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.345(b) (1984).
