In this matter we granted allocatur to address whether the Commonwealth Court employed the correct standard of review in reversing the decision of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board ("Board") which denied benefits to Vincent Arena ("appellee"). This matter arose on December 28, 1976 when appellee filed a claim for disability compensation pursuant to the Workmen's Compensation Act, Act of June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended...
