PAPADAKOS, Justice.

Appellant, Lawrence Baker, was found guilty by a jury of murder of the first degree for the killing of Robert Limerick. A sentencing hearing was held as required by 42 Pa.C.S. § 97111 and the jury determined that Appellant be sentenced to death.
