Appellant, William Fuller, appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Criminal Division, dated May 17, 1985 which denied appellant's second Post Conviction Hearing Act petition without a hearing. We affirm the decision of the lower court.
