NIERENGARTEN, Judge.

Appellant Western World Insurance Company commenced this declaratory judgment action against respondent Anothen, Inc. to determine coverage under a professional liability insurance policy. On crossmotions for summary judgment, the trial court held that the policy issued by Western World provided coverage and that Western World had a duty to defend and indemnify Anothen in a lawsuit against Anothen commenced by a third party....
