This is an appeal from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict entered in favor of the plaintiff, Jacqueline Thalman, in her action for damages in the circuit court of Marion County. Plaintiff was a passenger in a van owned by co-plaintiff, Ross Flower Shop, Inc., and driven by Jacqueline's husband, Carl Thalman, Ross' co-owner and president.
