Plaintiff Bancamerica Business Credit Corporation made a loan to defendants, Frank J. Burich and Carol L. Burich, his wife, and to a third party, George Ronald Hall and Jacqualene E. Hall, his wife, the proceeds of the loan to be used for a business owned by the borrowers.
