Petitioner, Mildred McLaughlin, is charged with molesting her four-year-old great-granddaughter. Petitioner's trial ended after respondent judge sua sponte declared a mistrial over petitioner's objection. Petitioner subsequently filed a motion to dismiss the charges against her alleging prosecutorial misconduct and double jeopardy violations. The motion was denied and the instant petition for special action was filed. We have jurisdiction...
