HAYS, Justice.

After a jury trial, defendant, Isiac Thomas, was convicted of one count of child molestation, A.R.S. § 13-1410, and two counts of sexual conduct with a minor under 18 years of age, A.R.S. § 13-1405. The trial court sentenced defendant to the presumptive term on each count and ordered that the sentences run consecutively. The judgments of conviction and sentences were affirmed by the Court of Appeals...
