This matter comes before the court on Boeing's motion to modify a commissioner's ruling permitting Sierracin Corporation and Sierracin Glass Transparencies, Inc. (hereinafter collectively Sierracin) to supersede, as of right, an injunction entered against them for violations of the Uniform Trade Secrets Act. For reasons set forth below, we modify the ruling.
