We have consolidated these cases for decision since they present the same issues concerning the divisibility of Public Safety Personnel Retirement System benefits upon dissolution. In both cases the Arizona Court of Appeals reversed the trial court's resolution and remanded for further proceedings. We granted review in both cases to clarify this specific area of community property law. We have jurisdiction pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-120.24...
