In this appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court erred in directing the verdict for the defendants in his nuisance and negligence action against them, and in refusing to set aside that verdict. We conclude that the jury could not reasonably and legally have found for the plaintiff and accordingly find that the trial court did not err.
