MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MATSCH, District Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of a bankruptcy judge denying discharge of a debt owed by Charles* and Lorraine Hawley, who filed for bankruptcy in January 1985. In May 1985, Stanley Norman filed a complaint contending that the debt was nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. 523 (1982). The decisional process would not be significantly aided by oral argument.
