This is a negligence action against multiple defendants arising out of a March 6, 1982 automobile accident at the intersection of 107th Avenue and Van Buren in Avondale. Defendants-appellees John E. and Charlotte Anderson, the owners of property abutting the intersection, moved for summary judgment. The trial court granted their motion, and later entered judgment in their favor pursuant to Rule 54(b), Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure...
