GOFFE, Judge:

The Commissioner determined additions to tax under the provisions of section 6653(b)1 for the taxable years 1979 and 1980 in the amounts of $9,427.58 and $15,615.56, respectively. The sole issue before us is whether petitioner is liable for the additions to tax for fraud determined by the Commissioner.2
