Skagit State Bank (Skagit Bank) appeals that portion of an otherwise favorable judgment and decree of foreclosure that dismissed its claims against the interests of Robert Hayton and Susan Hughes-Hayton, husband and wife. Skagit Bank instituted foreclosure proceedings against a 60-acre parcel of land known as the "Bulb Farm" following default on a $350,000 Small Business Administration (SBA) loan and asked for a deficiency judgment against all of the defendants...
