WISDOM, Circuit Judge:

No court can provide a tidy ending to the sad happenings that gave rise to this lawsuit.

The plaintiff, Mrs. Lisa McWilliams, filed this suit for declaratory and injunctive relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that enforcement of the custody provisions of a divorce decree rendered in a state divorce proceeding deny her rights guaranteed by the First and Fourteenth Amendments.
