In this action for damages under the Federal Employers Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. § 51, et seq. (FELA), the Union Pacific Railroad Company appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict of $175,000 in favor of the plaintiff, Donald A. Lamont.
