In this 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(6) proceeding, the United States seeks forfeiture of $501,958 (the "Funds") on the ground the Funds constitute proceeds of a violation of the Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. §§ 801 to 904.
