This dispute arose out of a joint venture which was created for the purpose of designing industrial roads, railroads, and freeways at Jubail Industrial City in Saudi Arabia. The joint venture agreement was dated April 26, 1980 and was signed by plaintiff, The A.B. Engineering Company ("ABENGCO"), one of the defendants, RSH International, Inc. ("RSHI"), and persons in Saudi Arabia who are not parties to this action...
