On January 19, 1984, Arnold Mauricio, an inmate incarcerated at the Indiana State Prison (hereafter ISP), filed this complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Named as defendants are Robert Bronnenberg, Assistant Superintendent at the ISP, and Thomas Steepro, a Unit Team Manager at the ISP. Defendants have complied with the mandates of Lewis v. Faulkner, 689 F.2d 100
