Defendant, Donald Dial, was arrested on January 31, 1985, for possession and distribution of marijuana. On February 25, 1985, defendant was charged by bill of information with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, a violation of La. R.S. 40:966A(1). Defendant was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty. On April 29, 1985, defendant's motion to suppress was denied by the trial court. This Court denied defendant's writs on June 17, 1985...
