DECISION AND ORDER
BRAMWELL, District Judge.
Petitioner Richard Washington requests habeas corpus relief pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, section 2254. Before the Court is petitioner's claim that he was denied due process when the state trial court allegedly refused to permit petitioner to introduce evidence of another individual's confession to the robbery for which petitioner was convicted.
