NIMMONS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a final order granting an easement by way of necessity over the appellants' properties. We affirm.

Appellee Quarles is the present owner of a four-acre tract which she purchased in 1975. In order to reach the nearest public road from her property, she must travel east on a dirt road which crosses appellants' properties. Quarles has used this road since 1975. In September 1983 appellants
