On February 12, 1986 the defendant, Albert Kirk Alexander, pleaded guilty to the crime of theft of over $100, but less than $500, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:67. On February 12, 1986, the legal delays for sentencing having been waived by the defendant, the defendant was sentenced to serve two years at hard labor, this sentence to run consecutive to the sentence the accused is now serving.
