MEMORANDUM ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

After careful review of the full record, the Court concludes that the November 14, 1985 convictions of Gerald Poppers and Kurt Madsen should be vacated as to Count III, but that the convictions of Timothy Crose and Gary Ridge and the convictions of Madsen and Poppers on the other counts should not be disturbed. The Court also denies the defendants' motions for a new trial and the supplemental motions for a new trial...
