Plaintiffs, Esther and Lloyd Adams, appeal from a summary judgment of dismissal. The trial court dismissed plaintiff Esther Adams' suit claiming damages for medical malpractice wherein she alleged that defendants had negligently prescribed and administered excessive radiation therapy for the treatment of her lung cancer.
