Robert Lee Marshall, who uses the alias Sido, was convicted of one count of delivery of a controlled substance, one count of attempt to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 30 years and 10 years imprisonment and a $1,000 fine, respectively. On appeal he raises four arguments.
