WARREN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in a "slip and fall" case.

Appellant sued the appellee for personal injuries that she received in a fall allegedly caused by a dangerous condition in a city parking lot maintained by the appellee. In answer to special issues, the jury found that appellant suffered damages of $34,000 and found appellee to be 60% at fault and appellant 40% at fault. The trial court granted appellee...
