MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

FUSTE, District Judge.

We now decide that a forum selection clause contained in a lease agreement, whereby the parties agreed to submit their contractual disputes to the Superior Court of Puerto Rico, is a valid exercise of contractual reciprocal obligations. The complaint filed in the federal court will be dismissed without prejudice of litigation before the local forum.
