HAYS, Justice.

Sylvester Williams was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a felony. Williams was acquitted of that charge but the jury convicted him of the lesser offense of possession, a misdemeanor, and sentenced him to six months in jail and imposed a fine of $500. Williams argues several points on appeal but we address only one, the sufficiency of the evidence, because on that basis the case must be reversed and dismissed. Our jurisdiction...
