These cases arise out of an arbitrator's resolution of a dispute between the parties to a collective bargaining agreement. The arbitrator ordered Cliftex Corporation and Town and Country Slacks, Inc. (the "Companies") to reinstate with back pay three employees; Alda Melo, Emily Sedgwick, and Anna Iria.
