After being charged as co-defendants with the offense of burglary in the first degree, in violation of AS 11.46.300(a)(1), Wade K. Parker and Thane R. Holm separately entered pleas of no contest and were convicted of the offense. Parker was sentenced by Superior Court Judge Karl Johnstone; Holm was sentenced by Superior Court Judge Rene Gonzalez.
