D.T. Construction Company established a profit sharing plan for its employees. The plan was qualified under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). 29 U.S.C. 1001 et seq. Duane T. Meyer, president of the company, was named the plan administrator and First Commercial Bank was named the trustee of the plan.
