This is an in rem forfeiture action brought by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(6).1 The United States alleges in its amended complaint that the defendant real property situated in Cullman County, Alabama was furnished or intended to be furnished by Arthur Tommy Nixon2
