This action is before us on the motion of defendant Klosters Rederi A/S d/b/a Norwegian Caribbean Lines ("Norwegian") for summary judgment. At issue is the enforceability of a condition in Norwegian's ocean cruise ticket limiting the time a passenger can bring an action for personal injury against the carrier.
