This matter is before the Court upon a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by defendant, Carboline Co. (doc. no. 20). Carboline moves this Court to dismiss the fifth, sixth and seventh causes of action of plaintiffs, Corrosion Coatings and Thomas Insko.
