This is a medical malpractice case. John Alexander was 53 years old when he died on October 1, 1979, from a heart attack. Dr. Jerry Chapman and the clinic with which he was then associated, Crestview Family Clinic, treated Alexander several times for symptoms that could have been heart related. On July 14 and 24, 1979, he was hospitalized and treated by Chapman and his associates. He was seen thereafter on August 1, 16 and 19, and September 26. Dr...
