This is a civil action brought by Roger P. Gaudette and Jeannine R. Gaudette against Peter Panos and E.F. Hutton & Company, Inc. ("Hutton"). The defendant Peter Panos was a broker and an employee at Hutton's Salem, Massachusetts office during the time period relevant to this action.
