In this motion brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1982) the petitioner, Chowdary Anwar, challenges his conviction in federal court after a jury trial on four counts of conspiracy to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 (1982).
