OPINION

BURDOCK, Justice.

Appellee, D Cross B, Inc. (Cross) brought suit against appellant Mildred Brashear (Brashear) for the conversion of a number of cowboy boots. The jury awarded Cross damages in the amount of $48,295.05.

We affirm.
