ORDER

DEVINE, Chief Judge.

This Order addresses certain issues raised by Ginn Publishing, Inc. ("Ginn"), in this bankruptcy proceeding.1 The alternative relief sought by Ginn comprises (1) a favorable ruling on its appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court2 and (2) a ruling on its motion seeking to withdraw a reference to the bankruptcy court.
