Donald L. Davis and Russell Correll filed this suit for damages against J.C. Nichols Company and its subsidiary, Harwood Operating Company, alleging maintenance by the defendants of a nuisance which had caused plaintiffs' injuries. Davis also asserted on his behalf alone a claim for retaliatory eviction. The latter claim contained some six counts which were ruled in defendants' favor by summary judgment...
