This action challenges the validity of an ordinance adopted by the Sussex County Council changing the zoning classification of a 1.5 acre tract located in Baltimore Hundred from M-R (medium density residential) to C-1 (general commercial). Plaintiffs are individuals who own interests in land in the immediate vicinity of the rezoned parcel. Defendants are the owner of that parcel and the members of the Sussex County Council. Pending...
